Home Addition in Kailua
This client wanted to add a new separate living unit with its own entrance on the side of the house. This required adding space on to the side as well as on top of the existing roof.
The downstairs area included the kitchen and laundry, while the upstairs added a den, walk-closet, full bathroom and bedroom.
PLUS a lanai with a sweeping view over this beautiful area of Windward Oahu.
We added support with 2 columns on the the side to ensure it was stable and did not add too much weight for the roof it rests on.
